Document the new custom mmenu options method

Hi,

We are using the module for our site and need to add a couple of extra menu items that will only appear in the off-canvas menu for mobile.

I have looked at the documentation for adding options in the README.md file but can't seem to progress any further than adding a heading to the nav.

Is there any further documentation for adding extra menu and submenu items?
