Chrome Browser update breaks the layout Grid.

This probably affects version 8.2.x as well because it is a Bourbon Neat issue as far as I can tell.

When Chrome Browser calculates the grid, it appears to be rounding up incorrectly breaking the layout. All websites that I've used Basic on that have a single sidebar shove the sidebar below the content area and push it offscreen to the left.

I'm looking for a solution at the moment. The file that I have identified as the area where the calculation is made is found at:

node_modules/bourbon-neat/app/assets/stylesheets/grid/_private.scss
