Insert tabledrag changed mark after the drag handle, and not after the last item in the cell

Problem/Motivation

When a draggable table row is rearranged with table drag, a changed mark is added to the table cell that contains the drag handle.
Right now this mark is inserted to the end of the table cell, which looks really weird for the multiple file widget (or for the image widget).

Proposed resolution

Insert the tabledrag changed mark after the drag handle. This seems to be the most logical solution since the mark highlights that the row was dragged (with the handle).
