VBO Action 'Change a node to next workflow state' is not executed directly but leads to additional settings page

I use Workflow 8.x-1.1 with Views Bulk Operations 8.x-3.2. When I try to change the workflow of some nodes in a view via VBO to the NEXT workflow state, this is not executed directly, but it leads to the same page that is displayed when I select the action "Change a node to NEW workflow state" where I have to select the workflow and the new state.

I have two different workflows implemented for two different content types. My expectation would be that the action "Change a node to next workflow state" sets any node to the next workflow state, no matter what content type it is and which workflow it belongs to.

Indeed, this is still the case with D10.2 and workflow 8.x-1.7.
In the Global: Views bulk operations field you can disable the 'confirmation step'.
Not sure how to disable the 'Configure MY_ACTION action applied to the selection' screen.

I think this is the answer to the question: In the Global: Views bulk operations field you can disable the 'confirmation step' per Action.
Perhaps an upgrade to latest version is needed for correct working of the Actions.
