The overall score indicator is not updated during an onPage refresh of the analysis. Only the overall score label is updated, but not the colored dot.
This is because in yoast_seo.js only the label is updated. It would be better to have the whole "#yoast-overall-score"-ID updated.
I will provide a patch for this.

The other issue should be solved before solving this one. Although this fix would work without the other issue, the effect would not be seen because of the other issue.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
This should be fixed as part of #3075756-5: Overall score indicator does not show color → . I have a strong preference for adding some JavaScript code over adding a whole new controller and another Ajax request (since that's potentially an additional request every few keystrokes).
