Multivalue 'number (integer)' field removing wrong value

I initially found this occurred in a paragraph's number (integer) field, but also confirmed it happens in a content type's number (integer) field.

If I add multiple values to a number field and then use the remove button to delete a value other than the first item, the field removes the first item from the list, rather than the item corresponding with my selection.
