When using pdf.js, there is no restriction on width and height.
This makes that all pages are shown, taking a lot of vertical space.
Patch adds restrictions, but if height is left empty, the current behavior of showing all pages will be kept, in case someone wants that.

In our case, with PDF.js, all pages of a PDF are shown, equal what height we setup in the display-settings. We would expect, that the height restrict the viewer to show all pages of the PDF at once?
