Since the patch was crated, Facebook completely changed Oembed API and its permission system for it.
If someone needs this feature, I think it needs to be redone completely.
Facebook's Embedded Comments can be used to embed a comment on a post - however the HTML has to be constructed manually since there's no oembed endpoint. I've attached a patch to do so, and set unextractable attributes to NULL.
