Clone rules give UUID error

Hi,

Related to this post → , I experience the UUID error on cloned reaction rules.

it's a weird thing because in the DB config table , UUIDs are differents but perhaps it's not the only place where they're stored ?

This post is a reminder and will be able to track this issue for future.
