Problem/Motivation

I just needed to know for a project if a certain Webform has elements or not, do not count the pages (webform_wizard_page), just real elements like textfield, checkboxes, etc...

Proposed resolution

Create a function that returns TRUE or FALSE if there are elements in a determined Webform.

PD: The webform_wizard_page pages are not considered elements in this case, only are considered real elements of forms, textfield, checkboxes, etc...

Remaining tasks

Function to know if exists or not real elements in a Webform, do not count the pages (webform_wizard_page).
