Custom Url Alias Language Not Updating Upon Change Language and save node

After Update Pathauto 1.3 to 1.4 and Drupal Core 8.3 to Drupal core 8.7.2, I am facing this Issue:-

1). I created a node with language en-AU and Set Custom Url Alias to /test-path and saved.
2). Checked Url alias table and found entry for url /test-path and language set to en-AU.
2). Now Edited node and changed node language to en-US.
3). Checked Url alias table entry for url /test-path is still language set to en-AU.

Is this part of Core any custom work needed ?

I checked same with Drupal 6 and found Url alias table is updating upon Changing Language of node.
