A new notification module

It seems that this module is not supported, no bug fixes, no releases. So I decided to implement a new web push notification → module, some ideas I took from this module also I added a lot of new features:

• subscriptions as entities
• notifications send via queue
• additional parameters: notification body length, pages where notifications are available, etc
• bind to content types: when a new content is added a notification is created
• no need to copy service worker javascript to the web root

Please test it and fill bug reports.
