[Suggestion] Add options to change background and Link Color for footer

The theme provides the possibility for changing the Navbar background and the Navbar link color. The options are Default (blue), Light and Dark.

When the above are changed, the footer background remains light gray and the Footer Menu stays blue. This would be equivalent to the Default option for the Navbar.

Would it not make sense to have additional Bootstrap Settings/ Components options for the Footer? The options could be like the ones for the Navbar. Adding these two options would allow the theme to look consistent.

Now we have a project with a white Navbar background and gray menu links, but a gray footer with blue menu links. From a design perspective, this is simply wrong.
