I want to include group members of a particular group type in search API indexing and list those members in a view, what is the solution for it? Can I use https://www.drupal.org/sandbox/karlshea/3153389 → for it?
Entities provided by the Group module (Content and Membership) are selectable when creating a search index, but only content entities are indexed and not membership (user) entities. For content entities, there is a "Content" field that allows us to index content entities, but no feature for users (membership entity relationship).

No way to add user fields via the membership relationship
I am not a module developer, but a field like "User" to bridge the group membership entity to the user entity similar to "Content" in the above case will work just fine.
