I'm closing all old issues for the
8.x-1.x-devbranch. If this issue is still relevant, please update and re-open it for the2.0.x-devbranch.
I saw some issues on a site where term condition blocks where broken in the block management system after deleting vocabs that had terms attached to blocks.
Lets investigate what we can do with hook_entity_type_delete or something similar to keep term condition clean along the way.
