Update hook help formatting

The module help formatting isn't as good as the core modules which makes the help less readable.

Proposed resolution

Improve readability of help formatting.

• Implement the agreed changes.
• Test them manually.
• Commit and close the issue.

User interface changes

Help interface will change but it's only content related.
