Keep dialog in DOM

It would be nice if I could keep the dialog in DOM when dialog.ajax.js is loaded.

I can confirm that the above patch along with https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2023-10-13/3050607_drupal_10_1_5_dia... → fixed the save issue for me on Drupal 10.

While this issue seems quite stale, the referenced issue has more recent traction.
