Adding support for this :)
There is a Smart Content Paragraphs contributed module but it has a lot of very hard-coded features (eg requesting a user's location by default, requiring a patch to disable), stores a ton of extra cookies that aren't wanted, and doesn't use any of the great work in this module (it posts an array of data back to a controller that determines whether or not to show the Paragraphs).
It's a useful basic module, but it would be good to have better support from within the Smart Content module, especially as it's not covered by the Drupal security coverage.
