Question for TAC Lite users: Should I use TAC Lite on a new project?

Hi! I'm starting a new Drupal 8 project, and omg I would *love* to use one module to control editing access AND viewing access, which I can't do with the more-actively-maintained WB Access module, nor can I do with the more-actively-maintained Permissions by Term module, nor can I do with the sort-of-maintained nodeaccess module.

I see recent-ish issue post and patches and RBTC statuses, but I realize the maintainer hasn't been able to do a new release in ages -- not that I blame them, no judgement here, I'm just wondering, if you (current TAC users) were starting a new D8 project, would you avoid TAC Lite, b/c of the lack of a recent release, in spite of several RBTC patches -- even though it is in fact covered by the security policy? Or would you go ahead and use it?

Thank you!!
