use manual purge blockspermission to do this.
Right now, the "access arguments" for purging is "administer site configuration". As a developer on a website, I would like to give the a couple users on the production team the ability to purge cache. However, I do not feel comfortable giving them access to "administer site configuration". I would like to request a new permission specific to this module.
