Prevent group manager from trying to add existing members to group

Problem

Group managers can now add (multiple) new members to a group they are managing. However you can also select users who are already a member. That results in an error in the form.

Solution

We can go two ways here, either: prevent the error from showing up or make it impossible to select users who are already a member of the group. The last option is probably best.
