Request to site base url causes timeouts

Hi,

Currently when i request a uri to which has my site base url in the request. I get a 504 timeout.

The request called from opengraph_filter_get_html() I think should check base url before calling drupal_http_request()

I have added patch which resolved the issue for me :)
