drupalSettings.crazyegg is undefined

After updating from 8.x-1.0 to 8.x-1.1 on a test server,
it seems like it was working because I saw a script tag containing my key:

If I am seeing that script tag, then is crazyegg set up correctly?

In Firefox Web Console, I am also getting the message:
"drupalSettings.crazyegg is undefined"

So it seems that something is wrong.

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions as I do not want to mess up the live site.

One good thing is that this update did not have a database update, so if thing don't work I can just revert back to 8.x-1.0.
