I have the same request for the migration of a site from D7 to D9/D10.
Is there any progress on this. - Status changed to Closed: outdated

Webform for Drupal 7 consisted of a really neat feature, Select Options Limit. Which would allow you to set the number of times an option could be selected. We used it alot for class registration forms, set option limit / class size to 55, the 56 person to register would get a class full notice.
Have updated to Drupal 8 and latest version of Webform and the feature is no longer available. I am not a programmer but have been told I would have to have a custom WebformHandler. I have been researching for the last 7 days and cannot get enough understanding to know what to do. Could someone please help?
Example: (I am using the options element)
Please select the class you would like to attend:
Option 1 March 23, 2019, Charlotte, NC (select limit options set to 55)
Option 2 June 23, 2019, Raleigh, NC (select limit options set to 42).
ANY ASSISTANCE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. I am running out of time, I can revert to Drupal 7 and the older version of Webform but sure do like the new version of Webform.
Thanks again!

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
