CSV Importer do not import taxonomy into fields

I was wondering if CSV Importer is able to fill Taxonomy fields within a node?

I am creating a campground directory and the listing nodes have several taxonomies within the node. I am able to fill all the fields except for taxonomy. Instead, CSV Import creates a new Taxonomy vocabulary not in the node..

One example of Taxonomy I have is the 50 states. I want to import that particular state into the field normally reserved for a Taxonomy selection. If I have 'Illinois" in the CSV file, it puts as a new Taxonomy vocabulary.
