URL Alias should be outputted instead of node/id

Problem/Motivation

When adding a link using the Linkit functionality, the href is populated with the node/id.

Proposed Resolution

1. For more flexibility, provide a configuration to allow admins to decide whether or not they want to output the URL alias (uri) or the node/id as the href

Remaining Tasks

1. Create patch to allow for an admin to turn on or off the ability to output a URL alias or node/id Path

Steps to reproduce

1. Install and enable module
2. Setup a Linkit matcher profile
3. While on the /admin/config/content/linkit/manage/some-profile-name/matchers page, uncheck Include unpublished Nodes
4. Enable on the Full HTML text format
5. Create a link using the link button, select a page, and link is insert into the page
6. Observe the link for <a> is the unaliased URL
