Add possibility add promotion to specific variations.

Would it be possible to add the ability to add promotion to specific variations? Now it is only possible to a specific variation type or a specific product. Say that product A has product variation X, Z, Y. I would like to add promotions like:

Product A; variation X - discount of $10
Product A, variation Y - discount of $15
Product A, variation Z - discount of $20
