Emails are sent more than on time

I'm having the same issue in Drupal 9. It's sending every minute and multiple copies for completed orders.

Is this still an issue? If it is there is likely something with line 175. I can test later when I'm working on implementing this.

works completely normally for me. Only if test mode is activated emails will be sent more than once.

I think this was a combination of a duplicate of this issue: https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce_abandoned_carts/issues/3366213 🐛 Orders with multiple order items generate multiple emails RTBC and having test mode on. I'm going to close this as a duplicate, reopen if that is incorrect.
