Expose the node weight as a custom field in GraphQL

While using GraphQL as the query language interface for your decoupled Drupal site, there's no way to retrieve the weight property provided by the nodeorder module. This property is stored in the taxonomy_index table.

There should have a way to retrieve such data according to a given vocabulary id — since the weight should change depending on the vocabulary id.
