I've got a problem and no way to find a reference to it.
I've set "Unlimited" in h5p field, so users can create multiple quiz/game/etc if needed.
So when i create a quizz for exemple, and save my node there's no problem. When i edit it after that, there's a second hub that appears and it's still ok. I just edit some text and don't touch the second hub, save my node again.
Then i edit it a third time : a third hub appears, and problem begins.
Even if you leave the hub "blank", another hub will appear on next node edit.
So if you edit your node 30 times, you will end with 30 h5p hubs, no matter if you have used one of them or not.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
I tested this on D11 with alpha6 of the H5P module, and couldn't reproduce. I tried various editing scenarios, but as long as I didn't create/upload a new H5P, I only ever saw a single additional editor. Are you still seeing this issue?
Since this cannot be reproduced in d10 or 11 I am going to mark it as closed outdated for now. Please re-open if it's still an issue you are encountering!
