Must update classes for columns

In Bootstrap 4 the infix 'xs' has been removed from column classes ( source here).

I noticed when using Bootstrap Grid in a view that the module adds 'col-xs-12' instead of 'col-12' when configuring the number of columns. This breaks the grid's responsiveness as Bootstrap 4 does not use 'xs' anymore.
