When visiting admin/config/development/testing with SimpleTest (Testing) enabled the message displayed included a token that isn't substituted. The message sent to watchdog uses a unique type rather than "s3fs". Variables are not supposed to be sent to t() if it can be avoided because it makes it harder for translators.
I don't know if t() is always available when s3fs.test is loaded, so I used get_t(). If someone knows better I'm happy to adjust the patch.
watchdog() has a parameter for a link, so this patch uses it.
