Version number for dev does not match current release

Created on 20 December 2018, about 6 years ago
Updated 16 January 2025, 11 days ago

The code for the most current release (7.x-1.3), and the most current development version, completely match.

However, the last version for development is marked as "7.x-1.2+14-dev". This causes a problem in Drupal's "Available updates" page, because it shows development is out-of-date relative to the current release.

The latest development version should be "7.x-1.3+14-dev" and not "7.x-1.2+14-dev".

Please fix the branch, thanks.

  • It sounds like there's a versioning issue with the development branch. The mismatch between the release (7.x-1.3) and development version (7.x-1.2+14-dev) is causing confusion in Drupal's update system.

To resolve this, the development branch should be updated to reflect the latest release version. Specifically, the development version should be marked as "7.x-1.3+14-dev" to align with the most current release. This will ensure StudentVUE Drupal accurately recognizes the development version as up-to-date.
