Newb: Cannot uninstall Simplenews 8

Hi,

Something has gone badly wrong with my installation and now I cannot uninstall...

After an install, I see the setup section in Configuration but no entry for Simplenews under 'Create Content'.

When I try to uninstall, I first go to setup and Settings and "Prepare Uninstall/Delete Simplenews Data. When I hit that button I get:
An AJAX HTTP error occurred.
HTTP Result Code: 500
Debugging information follows.
Path: /batch?id=10&op=do_nojs&op=do
StatusText: 500 Service unavailable (with message)
ResponseText: The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

I cannot see my Uninstall Modules page at all. I get: The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

In Logs I have:

I can see Some empty DB tables... See attachment.

Can you help me past this please? (In simple Newb Terms..)
