I wasn't able to reproduce on D11 with the alpha6 H5P module. Are you still seeing this issue?

I'm trying to set up a question set using the Quiz(Question Set) plugin. I've added a multiple choice question, when I expand the Media: Image field and choose Image the Add button doesn't work. Actually, none of the Add buttons work on any of the image fields.
