PDB React data transfer between the two react components

Hi Team,

Good day! I am new to react and need your help on below query.
I want to use PDB module for my project and it has React and Drupal integration.
I have home page like /home and it has two react blocks embedded to that page. For example i have list of products and when i click on add icon, another react component which is header (Cart icon) count need to update. Can you suggest how this communication happens between the components?

Also how /home page data can be transferred to another page like /confirmation page.
