We've noticed the following error occurring during times of heavy traffic on the site:
GuzzleHttp\Exception\ConnectException: cURL error 28: Operation timed [error]
out after 30000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (see
http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) in
GuzzleHttp\Handler\CurlFactory::createRejection() (line 185 of
/.../vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Handler/CurlFactory.php)
Resolve with general bug fixes.
