File missing: Reverse-Geocode support

I have committed the missing file from #3, as this was RTBC in the #1461164: Reverse-Geocode support → .

Please create a new issue if you want to change that file additionaly - it will be more transparent. And we can take a look. There were some changes in the google.inc (geocoder_google) file from 2018, so maybe more changes will be needed also here. Interdiff was missing too, so comparing without an extra work was not easy. Thanks!
