Allow one node per user per content type.

Patch created and attached to allow one node per user per content type.

Admin interface updated to allow this feature to be configurable.
URL: admin/config/content/onlyone/settings
New checkbox: Allow one node per user
Description: If you check this item there will be one node per user.

API changes

Update to OnlyOne class.
