Yeah, so if it's in draft, and you keep it in draft, and try to assign a reviewer, and hit save, then it doesn't actually assign the reviewer. However, the input box keeps the name of the reviewer chosen.
It's an edge case only for draft, because it's the default revision state. But I don't think we need to worry about.
