I have a problem when I am using composer to update a module or drupal core with Coder.
Drupal core and some modules require drupal/coder : 8.2.12, when I use 'composer update' command and start coder installation with it, an authentication is required for git.drupal.org.
I try all my ideas without success.
When I try to access git.drupal.org repo for coder, it's unavailable.
I work behind a corporate proxy, and docker, on windows 10.
I try to update Drupal 8.5.2 to 8.5.8.
Please help me :)

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
I had this problem too and the error was likely a DNS issue. I turned on my VPN and it started working then even after turning the VPN off it was still working.
This issue also happens if the WSL clock is wrong. Run date to check. The WSL clock will become out of sync with Windows if you put your computer to sleep with Modern Standby, which is the default in Windows 11, I think.
