it it possible to use this Bootstrap 4 SASS Starter Kit without npm and without gulp? How?
I want to download bootstrap, bootstrap library module, the bootstrap Drupal base theme (this theme oder bootstrap4 theme) manually to its correct directories and want to compile/create my css file with a standard sass compiler like compass.
What is the best way to to this and start with Bootstrap 4 and Drupal 8 an make a Bootstrap subtheme without gulp and npm?
