Cannot reinstall

I successfully installed this module, as well as its dependencies and the required libraries. I had a couple additional fields I wanted to add, so I added them to the content type before attempting to add content. (At this point, I did not realize that the locator would not show these additional fields because they aren't called.) After adding a few locations, I was able to get the /store-locator page to show the map and it would zoom in when a zip code was entered in the search, but would not show map markers for any locations.

At this point, I realized that it may not be working because of the additional fields I added, so I decided to start over by uninstalling and trying again. However, when I reinstall the plugin, none of the fields show up in the Store Location content type. There is nothing at all but the title. Since these are specific to the module and I cannot add the same machine names, I don't know of a way to add them manually.

I have looked through my SQL database to see if I could delete data that might be stored and causing this issue, but didn't find anything.

Any assistance or thoughts would be much appreciated.
