Fix foreach/if statements to match Drupal coding standards

Created on 24 August 2018, over 6 years ago
Updated 29 March 2023, about 2 years ago

In the .module file, there are a few lines that don't match Drupal's coding standards.

Foreach: https://cgit.drupalcode.org/wysiwyg_filter/tree/wysiwyg_filter.module?id...

If: https://cgit.drupalcode.org/wysiwyg_filter/tree/wysiwyg_filter.module?id...

This is the correct way to use foreach and if in templates.
