I need to use this feature to set up 'levels' of promotions (depending on the quantity), eg:
0 - 9 > no promotion
10 - 20 > 10%
20 - 50 > 25% ...How can I Proceed ?

The default promotion conditions could be greatly enhanced by providing some and/or operators where it makes sense.
For example, the following image shows the default 'Order contains specific products' restriction with 2 products added. By default, this is treated as Product A OR Product B. When I initially tested this, I was expecting it to be Product A AND Product B. Both have their use cases.
Using the example above, I propose that instead of using one autocomplete field, we instead stack multiple fields and use an operator select dropdown to configure how it should be treated. The image below is a mockup of what this might look like.
This concept could carry through to many of the conditions.
