Support entitycache module

A generally slightly contentious issue, I know, but how would you feel about supporting sites with entitycache module set up?
Currently, the node_load hook doesn't get called on every load because entitycache allows Drupal to skip it, which causes issues on confirmation pages (you end up always getting the same language's confirmation message, regardless of which language you're viewing).

Would just need to implement one hook in the .module file

I appreciate I may be the only person suggesting this! :)
