Hello,
I need to add option level hierarchy to vocabulary page settings to limit access page term by level.
For exemple if level ( hierarchy ) of vocabulary is greater than 2 all page of terms that level is greater than 2 will return 404.
I need to khow what is the best practice to do that, i want to add a patch for this if you accept this request.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
If there is a need to add some conditions that will decide whether Rabbit Hole will be applied, custom modules can define hook_rabbit_hole_values_alter() implementations where current entity is available.
This hook was added in 8.x-1.0-beta8 → , that was released a couple of years after this report.
It seems there is no need to include something else in the module. Hopefully, you'll find it useful.
