Thank you for your approach to tool provisioning and especially for your clear readme.txt. It is helping me puzzle my way into using sass for the first time.
I have finally got sass compiling working and even browsersync: yay! However I have some strange symptoms and I wonder if this is normal?
When the browser (Google Chrome) auto syncs on save of a sass file, it does so with a split-second flicker to a blank(?) screen. Not a smooth sync process on each change.
Also, at the Access URL (localhost:3001 in my case) the Browsersync gui is continually reloading, and repeatedly flashing up a message "Browsersync disconnected. Possible reasons 1. Your process was exited by another tool". It is so briefly on the screen that it is hard to read the whole message. All the config screens in the Browsersync window are blank.
Is all this normal or is something amiss?

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
We no longer have Browser-Sync in BASIC so I'm going to close this issue.
I'll create another issue to remove or reintegrate browser-sync in BASIC because the settings for Browser Sync still exist in Themes/Settings/Basic
