LayerSwitcher CSS needs fixes

There are some problems with the layer switcher CSS:

• It defines duplicate and contradictory styles for unnumbered lists.
• It does not reset the list item margins.
• Layer labels appear on the line following the radio button instead of on the same line.

The attached patch fixes these bugs.
