Please remove the update function. we don't know how those views were adjusted, we don't own them, we shouldn't attempt to change them automatically. Existing sites can add this themself.
It's hard to find needed job (if there are thousands of them on your site) without "by label" filter at the /admin/tmgmt/jobs page. Also it would be nice if target language filter would allow multiple values.
Create a filter by job label, update filter by target locale and update existing view.
